Youth Support Worker
Inclusion & Wellbeing 2026
- The Youth Support Worker plays a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive school environment where students, particularly those with a disability, can thrive socially, emotionally, and educationally.
- This role focuses on implementing tailored, strengths-based strategies to enhance student engagement, build essential life and social skills, and facilitate positive school and community connections. The worker will be an integral part of the school’s multi-disciplinary wellbeing and learning diversity teams
Key Skills and Experience
Relevant qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Services, Disability Support, or a related field (e.g. Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree).
This is a full-time role, and will be located at our Mentone and Bentleigh East Campuses.
This position reports to the Head of Learning Diversity, commencing 27 January 2026.

Lasallian Youth Minister
Part Time 0.6 FTE
The Lasallian Youth Minister at St Bede’s College plays a vital role in animating and modelling the Lasallian and Catholic identity of the College. Through active engagement with students and staff, the Youth Minister nurtures faith development, fosters a sense of community, and encourages service and reflection in line with the College’s mission and the charism of St John Baptist de La Salle.
- This position may be undertaken by one Youth Minister (0.6 FTE) or two Youth Ministers sharing the combined 0.6 FTE.
- This position reports to the Deputy Principal – Faith and Mission, commencing 27 January 2026.

Learning Diversity Administrator
The Learning Diversity Administrator (LDA) role requires the ability to perform highly skilled administrative work of a confidential nature. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail. The incumbent will be required to adopt a structured and systematic approach to record keeping including database management.
The LDA will be a member of the NCCD Team and the Intervention Framework Team. The LDA will be responsible for the efficient clerical administration of the Learning Diversity Department. The LDA will provide high level support to the Learning Diversity Leaders, including processing confidential reports, documents and correspondence.
This full-time role, providing administrative support to both campuses of our College will be located at our Mentone campus.

Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs)
St Bede’s College is expanding our pool of Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs).
We are seeking both graduate and experienced teachers, who demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education.

We aim to create ongoing relationships with our CRTs, providing consistency in order to foster stronger connections between staff and students.
Successful applicants may also be considered for various short-term (4-6 weeks) leave replacement roles at both our Mentone and Bentleigh East Campuses as they arise.
