New and exciting position for an experienced Risk & Compliance professional.
We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager with relevant tertiary qualifications or a combination of training and experience in a similar role.
You will support and coordinate the day to day operations of risk mitigation and policy and procedure development with primary responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the College’s compliance and risk management strategies.
Reporting to the Principal, this excellent opportunity is offered as a 0.8 or 1.0 FTE option.
You will be working with a College that is committed to support you and your Risk and Compliance role.
You will be rewarded with 7 weeks annual leave.

- This is a full-time position, reporting to the College Resource Centre Leader (Mentone and Bentleigh East campuses)
- The position requires knowledge of the curriculum, appropriate teaching qualifications and teacher librarianship accreditation
- The applicant needs to demonstrate the ability to develop students as readers and effective users of information literacy strategies
- This role commences in Term 1, 2024.

Careers Counsellor
An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Careers practitioner, commencing 2024.
The Careers Counsellor role reports directly to the Careers and Pathways Co-ordinator, supporting the career development needs of all St Bede’s College students.
The role operates as part of the careers department of the College, providing one-on-one counselling for individual students as well as supporting broader Careers initiatives as required.
This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE) and could be combined with a teaching position.

Careers and Pathways Coordinator
This role (commencing 2024) offers the opportunity for suitably qualified teachers or careers practitioners to guide the career pathways of future generations.
The Careers & Pathways Coordinator is an important position within the College and has a prime focus on career development across all year levels.
The responsibilities of this position centre on the Careers provision for all students at the College, including providing general advice and direction for student careers, coordinating events, subject and program selection, individual careers counselling, work experience, and developing the career & pathways centre.
This role works closely with the Senior and Middle School Leaders in the case management of individual students and reports directly to the Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching.

We are seeking both graduate and experienced teachers, who demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education.
